How to Use PF 300 Flow Gel

Pre-Race: Rinse your Flow Bottle or Flask with water before filling — this helps the gel pour and flow more easily.

During: Decant the full 300g pouch into your bottle. Sip steadily throughout your effort, targeting 60-90g of carbs per hour depending on race intensity and duration.
