The crew members are soon embroiled in a series of baroque battles; Luffy, Zoro, and Genji relish the conflicts; Chopper, Ussop, and Nami scream and fuss while Robin tries to uncover the secrets of the ubiquitous ruins. The situation grows more threatening with the appearance of Eneru, a self-styled god who can control lightning. He plans to drop Skypiea onto the Earth and take control of everyone and everything. But Eneru didn't count on the opposition of Monkey D. Luffy, who acquired special powers when he ate the accursed gum-gum fruit: the collection ends as they square off.
