Mirka Abranet Sanding Disc Mesh Ø 9in / 225 mm Hook & Loop/Grit 150/25 pcs/for Sanding Wood, Filler, Varnish, Plastic

Abranet is an exceptional abrasive with unique characteristics. With its innovative "net construction," it has revolutionized the market in terms of dust-free sanding. Users of Abranet are convinced of its performance and would not go back to using conventional abrasives for health and economic reasons.Dust-free sanding: The patented structure with thousands of holes ensures that no dust particle is more than 0.5 mm away from the nearest hole. The result is phenomenal dust extraction across the entire sanding surface. This creates a clean and healthier working environment. Minimizing dust inclusions also contributes to better surface quality with reduced need for post-work. Due to the quick and effective dust extraction provided by Abranet, other tasks can be carried out in the same space without polluting the air with dust particles. The subsequent cleaning tasks are also reduced to a minimum, saving Abranet users a lot of time. The net structure prevents clogging, eliminates dust clumps, and maintains full abrasive performance for longer. The abrasive needs to be replaced less frequently as Abranet retains its aggressive properties longer than traditional abrasives. This advantage directly translates to lower consumable costs.Abranet is suitable for various applications, including sanding paints, fillers, aluminum, plastics, wood, and putty.Advantages of Abranet at a glance:✔ Healthier working environment✔ Clean working environment✔ Longer durability/abrasive life at full performance✔ No clogging of the sanding disc✔ No dust clumps✔ Significantly fewer dust inclusions on the surface✔ Improved working conditions and reduced environmental impactTechnical specifications:Grain type: Aluminum oxideBonding agent: ResinBacking material: Polyamide fabric
