Rubus Watson 'Galaxy', USPP30,062
'Galaxy' was bred in 2000 and selected in 2003, with ORUS 1393-2-1 and 'Triple Crown' as its parents. It is a thornless, semierect blackberry with early ripening capabilities and a unique flavor compared to other cultivars. This variety produces firm, medium-large fruits and is ideal for early season fresh market production. It outperforms current cultivars with its superior flavor, larger size, and firmness, making it a top choice for producing large quantities of delicious fruit with hints of blueberry & grape.
