The Brewer's Best® Element Burner® is made of heavy duty steel with a 10.125" cast iron manifold for maximum heat delivery and 18 total inches of cooking surface to accommodate larger pots and kettles.
The Element Burner® features a large manifold that distributes the flame evenly across the bottom surface of your pot or kettle for optimal heat distribution. This burner can bring ten gallons of water at 50°F to a boil in less than one hour! A fraction of the time on a gas stove or inferior burners.
