API ® Marine Stress Coat ®

API Marine Stress Coat also instantly removes chlorine, chloramines, and ammonia from tap water making the water safe for aquarium fish. Developed for use with a protein skimmer; will not cause foaming. 16 oz API Marine Stress Coat treats up to 948 gallons saltwater.

Use API Marine Stress Coat when using tap water to set up a new saltwater or reef aquarium, adding or handling fish, performing routine water changes, or to repair damaged skin or fins.

Directions
Use dosing cap on bottle.
To help repair damaged skin and fins and to replace slime coating: Using the dosing cap on bottle: Add 10 ml per 10 gallons of aquarium water. To remove chlorine, chloramines and ammonia: Add 5 ml per 10 gallons of aquarium water.

Tip
Most artificial salt mixes do not remove tap water disinfectants, like chlorine and chloramines. To assure all tap water disinfectants are removed, use API Marine Stress Coat when making a partial water change or when topping off the tank with fresh water.
