Crux DSW Frameset
The Crux DSW is more than the lightest alloy gravel bike ever made. We took everything we learned creating the carbon Crux and used our patented D'Aluisio Smartweld to make it a reality in alloy. We've created the most capable, nimble, balanced, and responsive alloy gravel bike ever made. Some may call it a carbon copy, but we call it the Crux DSW.
- D'Aluisio Smartweld Technology: Hydroformed tube-to-tube joints, single-piece downtube and bottom bracket.
- 1,399g Frame: Lightest alloy gravel frame in the world (56cm lightest colorway).
- S-Works FACT Carbon Fork: Same fork as carbon Crux, 12x100mm thru-axle, flat-mount disc.
- 47c / 650b x 2.1" Tire Clearance: Same as carbon Crux — go anywhere at full gas.
- 72mm BB Drop: Sweet spot between nimble and stable.
- Performance Gravel Geometry: Longer reach for better weight distribution, lower stack for race-first position.
- UDH Dropout: Universal Derailleur Hanger, future-proof.
- Threaded BB: No special tools required.
Frameset weight: 1.98kg (56cm). Six sizes: 49, 52, 54, 56, 58, 61.
D'Aluisio Smartweld Technology
Hydroforming precisely matches tube-to-tube joints for better, stronger welds. Creates a unique single-piece downtube and bottom bracket — lighter frame, twice as durable as traditional alloy.
1,399g Lightest Alloy Gravel Frame
Lightest alloy gravel frame in the world (56cm in lightest colorway). Combined with S-Works FACT carbon fork and a performance build, a complete Crux DSW tips the scales at 9.37kg.
47c / 650b x 2.1" Tire Clearance
Same tire clearance as carbon Crux. Diverge-level clearance means you can go anywhere you imagine at full gas.
Performance Gravel Geometry
Nimble, supple, and reactive. Longer reach for better weight distribution, lower stack for race-first position. 72mm bottom bracket drop hits the sweet spot between nimble and stable.
S-Works FACT Carbon Fork
Same S-Works FACT carbon fork as the carbon Crux. 12x100mm thru-axle, flat-mount disc, tuned for the perfect balance of compliance and steering precision.
